Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in the continental US. Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days EXCEPT for May through September during which we will only ship products Monday through Wednesday to avoid products sitting in hot delivery trucks over the weekend.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

If you receive a damaged order, please take a picture of the damaged item and email it to NittanyCandleCo@gmail.com along with your order number.

If your item is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at NittanyCandleCo@gmail.com. We will file a claim and send you a replacement order.

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. We will calculate the shipping cost and send an invoice via email. If a refund is preferred, rather than having the order resent, we'll gladly refund the original purchase.
