- Unused, unopened, and undamaged products may be considered for a refund within 14 days after delivery.
- To initiate a refund, please e-mail us at NittanyCandleCo@gmail.com with the details of your return request. Once we approve your request, we'll provide details on how and where to send the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable form of shipping and are not responsible for lost or damaged products.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiated your refund within 10 business days.
Custom orders and used/damaged/opened products are not eligible for a return.
